Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original method of payment or through store credit, depending on your preference and eligibility.
Refunds are not available for items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned beyond the 7-day window.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
Be sure to include photos of the damaged or incorrect product, and we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
